Guard of Honour Duties for P&S Family

September 21, 2022

Staff at Boldmere-based Protect and Serve Home Security were very proud this week to see the son of staff members playing his part in the Royal proceedings on Monday and the funeral of HRH Queen Elizabeth II.

Elliot, aged 19, whose mum Sam is a customer services administrator and whose stepdad Matt works in sales, was part of the Royal Navy ratings who provided a Guard of Honour for the Queen.

Elliot only joined the military in April after completing his education at Walsall College.

The youngster from Brownhills said it was an honour and a privilege to be part of such a select group.

His proud Mum Sam said: “It was such a memorable occasion and an emotional one too. It is something we will never forget and we are all so immensely proud.”
